What people ask most
Does custom paint cost extra?
No. It’s included in the price of the bike and the frame. Tell us which colors you like, we start from one of our designs or create a new one, and send you a render to approve.
How long does my bike take?
3 weeks max in total. Once you approve the render, your bike is painted and ready in 2 weeks.
Can I buy just the frame?
Yes. Cupra RS, Pramo and Roca RS are also sold as frame kits, with the same custom paint and the same warranty.
How do I choose my size?
Check the geometry chart on each model’s page and send us your height and measurements. We’ll recommend a size before you buy.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing or material defects in the frame and fork for 5 years. It doesn’t cover crashes, normal wear or paint wear from use. Read the full policy.
What if I crash?
With Crash Replacement you get 25% off the retail price of the replacement product if you request it within 2 years of delivery. View terms.
Do 465 wheels and components have the same warranty?
465 Components products have their own warranty. Message us and we’ll explain the terms for your product.
